2020年10月19-20日，无痕中国在深圳大鹏举办了为期两天的LNT培训师培训班。无痕中国的大麦老师为来自广东的十位环境教育工作者提供了相关LNT课程。这是由大鹏半岛生态文明建设公益基金、深圳市社会公益基金会支持的" 美丽大鹏行动者集结计划 "活动组成部分，目的是为深圳当地培养更多具备无痕环境教育素养和技能的生态环境讲师。

作为中国大陆首批LNT高级讲师，大麦老师为来自深圳益加益学院等机构的学员，使用丰富的教学形式和生动的原创教具、提供了LNT环境伦理、LNT七原则、环境教育教案设计、自然教育及植物笔记、户外观鸟等在地化生态课程。

在两天一夜的培训和露营活动中，学员们尝试进行LNT课程设计和应用，并进行培训评估和结业测试。徐悦、何立芬、何聪聪、徐进等10名学员顺利通过培训和考试，获得了LNT培训师资格。

“体验式、游戏化、在地化”的无痕培训以一个小小的破冰游戏，迅速把大家的注意力集中到一起，气氛分分钟火热起来。课程中自然教育、环境伦理到自然而然的环境保护课程烧脑多多。观鸟活动中，我们这些环境讲师表现出了比小朋友还浓厚的兴趣，大麦老师形象生动的形态展示让大家笑声阵阵。

第二日下午的课程实践，要求学员设计一个结合自己户外活动和课程的十分钟方案，特别有挑战性。学员们绞尽脑汁，全力以赴，激情演示，博得在场参与人员的阵阵掌声。课程结束了，上课的收获装满脑袋，课堂感受萦绕身边……

 

On October 19-20, 2020, there was a two-day LNT workshop at Wuhen Environmental Culture Center in Dapeng,Shenzhen.

LNT master,Damai,provided relevant courses for ten environmental educators from Guangdong.

 LNT Training Courses enhance skills and techniques,which is essential to Leave No Trace — minimum impact outdoor ethics and education.

 As the first batch of LNT master in China,Damai provided participants with LNT environmental ethics,the seven principles of LNT,the design of environmental education lesson plans,nature education,plant painting,and bird watching courses.

 It contains 18 hours of training and camping. LNT trainees will take LNT design courses and application.It requires a training evaluation and a qualification test.Ten trainees,including Xu Yue, He Lifen, He Congcong, and Xu Jin passed the training and test successfully and now they'll all obtain the LNT trainer qualification.

 Trainer Courses emphasize skills and techniques essential to Leave No Trace minimum impact outdoor ethics and education.

 Damai teached the role and function of a Leave No Trace Trainer.The principles and ethics of Leave No Trace.Teaching skills and techniques and student learning styles.At least one student led teaching exercise by each participant.Overview of the national Leave No Trace program,the role and function of the Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics.
